We were stuck in a Warranty pissing match between Frigidaire and their service tech. Our Gas Stove was converted to Propane by Drain Solutions. When we tried to use the Oven it wouldn’t heat up. We called in a Warranty issue, tech showed up and said it wasn’t the Igniter, he needed to order a part! 3 weeks later shows up with the part, changes it, oven lights, flames burning out the sides on bottom plate. I asked him if he swapped the Propane Orfice? He says he can’t do that I would have to call the guy who installed it…
I called Dave, owner of Drain Solutions and explained what happened. He came back out next day (on a Sunday) to correct the problem. While he was here he adjusted the burners, got the oven working, and said he wouldn’t be charging us for his time.
